The J.O.Y. & GODfidence LEAGUE is a group of individuals who desire to perfect their representation of God in the Marketplace. Although we will never be perfect until that which is perfect comes back (1 Corinthians 13:10), we can work towards perfection by learning the following:
- Identify your individual Spiritual Gifts
- Complete personality assessments and how to work best with others
- How to use our experiences to spread J.O.Y. to those with similar issues
- Improving our prepared & impromptu speaking ability while spreading JOY to everyone
Members of the LEAGUE gather weekly (THURSDAYS at 8pm est.) to get the latest GODfidence tools and practice putting the tools into action. Once a quarter a guest speaker/coach will share proven tips that work for Christians in the Marketplace. There are also opportunities to share/practice what has been learned to a wider audience both virtually and in person.
Description
The J.O.Y. & GODfidence League has four promotional levels to inspire members to continue the growth process. Each level is recognized by a promotional ceremony that occurs every 6 months. After joining as a member the promotional steps are as follows:
- AMETHYST – members have attended >80% of the meetings over a 6-month period and has demonstrated their commitment to the J.O.Y mission.
- TANZANITE – members have attended >80% of the meetings over a 12-month period and has presented a product (of their choice) that illustrates their JOurneY to J.O.Y.
- PURPLE DIAMOND – members have attended >80% of the meetings over a 18-month period and has presented a product/plan (of their choice) to spread J.O.Y. to everyone.
- TAAFFEITE – members have attended >80% of the meetings over a 24-month period and has developed a J.O.Y. ministry that works with the Establishing J.O.Y. ministry.

When I first started with the J.O.Y. & Confidence League I didn’t feel confident enough but I knew I had to start somewhere and somewhere was now. It’s still hard for me to write down my thoughts in a trained arena, so I thought JOY! It 1 year 1/2 later in my restoration after being a stay at home mom for 16 years and now back in the workforce I resigned. The J.O.Y. & Confidence League has given me the confidence to write my resume and my thoughts for the interview “I got the job”! I’m taking notes and I can understand them. I am speaking in meetings with confidence and carrying conversations with Salt,Light and Thermostat. The best yet to come. I am enough!
